Information sent through the contact form
The form can collect your name, email address, company name, the area you want to discuss and the message you choose to send. This information is used to receive and respond to your enquiry.
Telegram delivery
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is sent to Appleby Systems through Telegram. The Telegram bot credentials are held server-side and are not exposed in the website code delivered to your browser.
Before production
A final production privacy notice should add the applicable legal entity and contact details, lawful basis, retention arrangements, any hosting or analytics providers actually used, and any other processing introduced before launch.
