Information you send to Appleby Systems.
If you use the contact form, the site collects the details you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company, topic and message. The information is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss or provide consultancy services.
How the contact form is delivered.
The contact form sends the information to Appleby Systems through a server-side integration with the Telegram Bot API. The bot credentials are not exposed in the browser. The submitted message is delivered to a private Telegram chat used by Appleby Systems.

Retention.
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is useful for dealing with the enquiry, maintaining appropriate business records or meeting applicable legal obligations.
